Crispair COVID-19 Announcement
At Crispair Air Conditioning, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our priority and we have implemented the following measures at our showroom in response to COVID-19.
New Sales Enquiries and Installation Visits
- Our sales consultants are equipped with hand sanitiser at the office and whilst on the road.
- Phone and email communication between clients and Crispair staff will be offered as a preferred method of communication should our customers wish to stay at home.
- Handover and installations can be completed with minimal to no contact between Crispair staff and customers.
Service Department
- Phone and email communication between clients and Crispair staff will be offered as a preferred method of communication should our customers wish to stay at home.
- Service work can be completed with minimal to no contact between Crispair and customers.
If you have recently returned from overseas, you are to self-isolate for 14 days as per the Australian Government directive. If you have been in contact with someone that has Coronavirus, or are feeling unwell, we ask that you refrain from visiting our showroom.
If you have an installation or service booked, we ask that you take precautionary action or reschedule the appointment. If you choose to reschedule, we will attempt to find the nearest available date for the proposed works to be carried out.
