Purify Your Air with Daikin’s Superior Air Filtration System
Make your home a place of comfort and wellness with Daikin’s Air Purifier, featuring breakthrough purification technology, a compact design and ultra-quiet operation.
The National Asthma Council of Australia has approved Daikin air purifiers. This entity was originally created to identify products better suited to people suffering from asthma and allergies, and through this, they developed the Sensitive Choice program. Daikin’s air purifiers are recognized by the Sensitive Choice program and are authorised to display the Blue Butterfly symbol.
Daikin Air Purifiers are innovatively designed to filter and clean the air through several filtration layers. Daikin has fitted all of their air purifiers with an advanced Titanium Apatite Deodorising Air Purification filter, a technology they have developed over many years. This is combined with the use of a High-Efficiency Particulate Arrestance (HEPA) Filter which uses electrostatic charge to expertly filter out contaminants, removing 99.97% of fine fibres! Not only do these revolutionary air filters capture most microparticles in the air, but they also decompose odours and absorb and deactivate bacteria.
The place you put your Daikin Air Purifier can determine the effect it has on your room. Installing the room air purifier at a lower position in the room is useful for removing dust particles. Installing the air purifier in a higher portion of the room is efficient in removing cigarette smoke. The circulation effect is also improved when the air purifier is placed opposite the air conditioner. During heating or cooling operations, the machines can regulate room temperature while continuing to purify the air.
Features and Benefits:
Revolutionary HEPA Filter Technology
This is one of the latest innovations in air filtration involving electrostatic charges. Particles are ionised by an initial layer and then pushed through the HEPA filter. The pollen, dust and other contaminants ionized by airborne ions are then attracted to an electrostatic filter charged in the opposite direction which effectively and efficiently filters out 99.97% of these particles.
6 Layered Purification
Daikin’s Air Purifier has a 6-layer strong decomposition and removal mechanism that helps to remove germs, mould spores, airborne particles, allergens, dust, pollen, and odours. Included in these 6 layers are the streamer discharge unit, plasma ioniser, Electrostatic HEPA filter, and Daikin’s trademark titanium apatite deodorising air purification filter.
Ultra-Quiet Operation
It is also incredibly quiet, with operational sound levels as low as 16dBA, allowing you to sleep peacefully while also having peace of mind about your air quality.
High Airflow
It has a maximum airflow rate of 420m3/h and is ideal for rooms as big as 46m2.
Contaminant Indicators
The amounts of contaminants and odours are shown on the top of the device for convenient monitoring.
Customise Brightness
The dust and smell indicator’s brightness may be adjusted using several brightness settings.
Compact Design
Designed to be small and easily manoeuvred. The unobtrusive design allows you to make the most of your living space.
Smart Inverter
For better power savings, the inverter efficiently adjusts the rotational speed of the fan motor as needed.
Off timer
Set the air purifier to switch off after 1-4 hours of operation.
Pollen Mode
Pollen is captured by the air filter before it settles by producing mild air turbulence. The airflow is adjusted to meet the degree of pollution in order to save energy.
Turbo Mode
Operate the air purifier at a high power level to remove contaminants quickly.
Sleep Mode
Automatically shifts between ‘silent’ and ‘low’ operation modes depending on the degree of air pollution.
Auto Operation
This mode optimises airflow to suit different contamination levels, utilising energy in the most efficient way possible.
For over 90 years, Daikin has dedicated significant research and development resources to providing you and your family with more effective air purification. Technological innovations contribute to the quality, power, reliability and ease of use of Daikin air purifiers.
Components:
1. Streamer Discharge Unit
As a result of the streamer discharge unit’s high-speed electrons colliding with oxygen and nitrogen molecules, they are activated, causing the bacteria to decompose.
2. Prefilter
Polypropylene net filters with catechins are used as the prefilter. As a result, it prevents other filters from being obstructed by larger particles such as dust, bacteria, and allergens.
3. Plasma Ioniser
Electrostatic filters make it easier to collect dust and pollen due to the plasma ionizer electrically charging them.
4. Electrostatic HEPA Filter
Pollen and dust ionized by airborne ions are attracted to an electrostatic filter charged in the opposite direction. The filter, therefore, captures these particles efficiently removing 99.97% of fine particles of 0,3*m. It also doesn’t clog easily
5. Titanium Apatite Deodorising Filter
With the use of titanium apatite photocatalysts, this specialised filter captures microscopic particles, eliminates offensive odours, and even destroys bacteria.
6. Deodorising Catalyst Filter
Deodorising catalyst filters have the ability to decompose formaldehyde and any remaining odours, ensuring clean, fresh and odour-free air.
7. Inverter Motor
Using an inverter, Daikin’s air purifier efficiently controls the rotational speed of the fan motor for greater power savings and noise reduction.
8. Sirocco Fan
There is a lightweight fan inside Daikin’s air purifier. Aerodynamic fan blades reduce turbulence and improve airflow efficiency for a quieter and more efficient fan.
