Staying ahead of maintenance shouldn't be a hassle. As a Comfort Club member, our qualified in-house team performs thorough annual health checks to lower energy bills, protect your air quality, and prevent costly breakdowns.

Locked renewal pricing: Your renewal price will never go up while your membership stays active

Extended workmanship coverage: Your installation workmanship cover extends from 5 years to 10 years while you remain an active member.

Transferable loyalty credit: Comfort Club Plus members earn $50 per year (plus $25 per extra system, up to $500) toward a new system. When you sell, your credit moves with you, and the buyer receives a matching balance.
First year included with new installs: Your initial year of Comfort Club membership ($299 value) is included with every complete CrispAir installation.

Comfort Club membership summary

Single home coverage

Your membership covers one residential property in our Perth service area and the specific air conditioning systems listed on your confirmation.

Annual billing

Membership is billed once a year, in advance, starting on the day payment is received.

Annual health service

Every covered system receives one Complete System Health Service each year, complete with a written report and photographs.

Dedicated service window

All scheduled servicing is carried out between 1 April and 31 October so our team remains available for summer repairs and breakdowns.

Price-lock guarantee

Your renewal price will not increase as long as your membership remains active and continuously renews.

Automatic renewal with 30-day notice

Memberships renew automatically each year. We will email you at least 30 days beforehand with the exact amount and renewal date. You can cancel anytime prior to that date at zero cost.

Moving home

Comfort Club Plus members keep their earned loyalty credit when moving homes within our Perth service area, while the new owner receives a matching starting balance.

Fair cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-year, we refund the unused months minus the member value of services already delivered. We will never charge you more than you have paid us.

A membership is a proactive maintenance program designed to preserve efficiency; it is not an insurance policy.
