1. The Right Fix Guarantee: We'll tell you the truth about your ducts
   Before quoting a unit changeover, our technicians issue a written Duct Verdict (Pass, Conditional, or Decline) with photo proof. If your existing ducting won't support a new unit, we'll tell you straight, even if that means turning the job down. If we say a changeover will do the job and it doesn't, we put it right at our cost.
2. 12-Month Test Drive: Or your money back
   Live with your new system through an entire Perth summer. If we fail to deliver the performance standards written on your signed schedule, we will remove the equipment, make good on your home, and refund every single cent.
3. On Time, Or We Pay: $100 a day, up to $1,000
   Your installation starts on the day promised, or we pay you $100 for every business day we're late, up to $1,000,  automatically, without you having to ask. And if your system has failed, accepting our changeover quote means you'll be cooling again within 5 business days, or we pay you the same $100 a day. (Subject to safe access and parts availability, which we confirm with you before you accept.)
4. 5-Year Workmanship Warranty: Standard on every installation
   We back our installation workmanship unconditionally for 5 years. Most of Perth's biggest air conditioning companies publish a 2-year installation warranty. While your system remains covered by an active Comfort Club membership, our protection extends to 10 years.
5. Year one membership included: $299 value included with every install
   Every complete installation includes your first year of Comfort Club membership. You receive a Complete System Health Service, a written report with photos, and half-price service call-outs.

• Honest Diagnosis Promise: Where a safe, sensible repair exists, you'll see the repair price in writing before anyone talks to you about a new system, even when the new system would be the bigger sale.
• Leave-No-Trace Cleanliness:  Our technicians use drop sheets, wear boot covers, and clean up completely. If we leave a mess, we pay $200 toward a professional clean.
• Price-Lock Guarantee: The written quote is the final price. If our technicians encounter extra work inside the agreed scope, CrispAir covers the cost.
• Fixed Right, Or It's Free: If we can't fix your system, the call-out costs you nothing and is credited toward your next step,  that applies to everyone who calls us. And Comfort Club members receive a written 12-month parts and labour guarantee on every repair: if the same fault returns within 12 months, we come back and fix it free.
• Day & Night Comfort Standard: Your ducted system is designed around how you actually live,  your living areas through the day, your bedrooms at night. The exact zone groups are listed on your quote. Run as designed, those zones will hold the temperature written on your schedule in design conditions, or we rectify it at our expense.

Why we don't size for every zone at once: a home is never fully occupied. Sizing a system to cool every room simultaneously, including the ones nobody's in, means a much larger, more expensive unit that short-cycles, costs more to run and wears out sooner. So we calculate your home's full heat load, then size your system to comfortably carry your day zones or your night zones, whichever is greater. Your quote shows exactly which zones are grouped together. If you'd prefer whole-home simultaneous operation, we can size and quote for that too.
